The early bird catches the worm so book now, pay early and save! Our special Early Booking low rates for 2020 tours are valid if booked before December 15, 2019.
Until March 31, 2019 you can still avail of our discounted rates for mid or late 2019 tours.
From April 1, 2019 we start offering our regular rates for 2019 tours. We also start offering fantastic Book Early and Save rates for all 2020 tours!
Please note: See individual itineraries for the exact value of how much you will save. All holidays must be booked and paid for in full for this discount to apply. This discount does not apply to flights and extra nights’ accommodation. For 2020 and subsequent years pre-registration bookings, payments are to be made according to 2019 itineraries’ prices. 02Group Discounts
Group Discounts: Travel with family and friends and save!
Get a group together and travel with five or more and we’ll pass on the savings to everyone.
5 to 8 – Save 5%: If a group of five to eight guests travel together, a discount of 5% per person applies to the LAND-only portion of your holiday.
9 or more: If nine or more guests travel together, we offer attractive group discounts based on how many people travel. In a group of 9 guests, one traveller qualifies for a 50%* discount off the LAND-only portion of the holiday. In a group of 16 guests, one traveller qualifies for 100%* discount off the LAND-only portion of the holiday.
Please note: Space is limited to one group per departure so book early! These discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. All guests must be booked at the same time in order to qualify. The discount is per person only and does not apply to extra nights’ accommodation. *Discount is on a twin-share basis only.
03Single Traveller Savings
Single Traveller Savings
When travelling alone, we understand that some clients do not want to incur the expense of an additional single room supplement. That's why we give you the opportunity to purchase selected holidays on a room sharing basis on the majority of our itineraries. We will accommodate you with a fellow guest of the same gender on a 'two bed' basis (non-smoking rooms only). Please note that we cannot guarantee roommates will be of a similar age group. If we fail to match you, we will provide a single room at no extra cost.

04Second Trip Discount
Second Trip Discount
Save 5% and get twice the fun when you book a second Tour Expert holiday. Book two Tour Expert trips for a reduction of up to 5% off the LAND-only portion of the trip. Take three trips and save on two! Just ask our Agent for suggestions on your perfect holiday combination.

Recommend Us
Referrals for Tour Expert Escorted Tours
Receive $50 off your next trip with Tour Expert for every person that referred to your recommendation and booked with us. Everyone wins: referring person also receives $50 off the trip booked with us.
Please note: There is no limit on how many referrals you can make. Each referral is worth $50 and is added towards your discounted trip only if the referring person has booked and paid for our tour. Each referring person is also subject to $50 off.
